EDITORIAL
CARE THAT THE TREE DOESN'T HIDE US THE FOREST

At first, our editorial team, wants to thank the active and numerous participation of companies and beekeepers, national and foreigners, in the recent Api-Expo San Francisco 2000.-
In a special way we want to distinguish, in these humble pages, to those professionals and beekeepers that became present in the Argentine Beekeeping Regions Meeting, presenting their respective posters.
The "globalization", so much mentioned at this time, are impose to us as an unique, irreversible and unavoidable phenomenon. It has caused several reactions in different fields.
In social, economic and political terms, the dissent generated in the middle and low class sectors is for all acquaintance. These sectors are forbidden to participate in decision levels, falsely pleased by an explosive consume fever to which every time consents less.
It's in a cultural and productive field where they seem to be given clear signs of transformations.
In front of the uniformity outlined from a "supermarket" perspective, the tendencies in productive sectors and consumers associations, particularly referred to the foods, it points to the distinction, differentiation and quality certification of the products before to the mere scale production of the same ones.
Likewise, in front of a despersonalized culture proposed from big monopolies of information, different social sectors advance toward communities with which feel identified and in which find participation spaces.
These two lines inspire us: Diversity valuation to propitiate the system inclusion of all the people and to generate participation spaces, as the «Fair and Beekeeping Meeting of the Center of the Republic» with those which to identify us.
In juicy articles of the present edition we hope to satisfy your spectatives and you finds your place in this singular Bekeeping Space ("Espacio Apícola"). Cordially

His effort, beside of many other bold beekeepers, it contributed to decrease the vestiges of the disastrous invasion of africanized bees of 70 decade significantly.
His contribution, in this article, is very important. Not only for beekeepers of this region of the country, also for many transhumant beekeepers that ignore the behavior and handling practice in areas where the Creole bee prevails, and beekeepers of the south of Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay where this European bee also exists and where africanized bees has bigger incidence.
